Ms. Arti Sharma

Ms. Arti Sharma, who took over as President of the National Development Foundation (NDF) J&K Jammu, succeeded Mr. Rajiv Khajuria in May 2025. She brings extensive experience to her role, having previously served in leadership positions within the organization. Ms. Arti Sharma is committed to advancing child development, protection, and gender equity, core to NDF's mission. Her leadership focuses on leveraging a rights-based approach to empower children and women, building on the foundation established. She has also championed initiatives in nature conservation, wildlife protection, and fostering national integration and communal harmony among youth in border and militancy-affected areas. Her tenure includes expertise in environmental protection, youth empowerment, project management, NGO administration, fundraising, and CSR event organization.
