Sh. R C Puri Member executive body NDF is a retired KAS officer and has vast experience of handling Various flagship schemes of the govt. Particularly with regard to Nature Conservation, entrepreneurship development , Social welfare and rural development. Post retirement he served as regional secretary of the Regional Red Cross Society Jammu and helped the poor and marginalized in many ways. He motivated youth for blood donations and organized many first aid and health camps for needy and poor. Apart from NDF he is also associated with many social and charitable organizations
